🎧 Podcast: Lessons from Love, Pain and Psychedelics with Donna Lancaster

Dose #5: A world-first conversation with a legend of emotional healing

You probably already know Donna Lancaster — as the author of The Bridge and Wise Words for Women co-founder of The Bridge Retreat, and a powerful voice in the emotional healing space.

But what you might not know?

This is podcast interview was the first time she’s ever spoken publicly about her experience with psychedelics. And she chose to share it with us.

This episode is intimate, honest, and full of the kind of grounded wisdom that only Donna can deliver. We talk about:

  • The messy, non-linear nature of healing

  • What grief really asks of us

  • Her personal experience with psilocybin — and why she finally said yes

  • The risks of bypassing pain in the name of “love and light”

  • And the difference between performance and presence in this work

If you’ve ever felt like you should be further along by now… if you’re navigating loss, burnout, or tender transitions… or if you’re curious about how psychedelics and emotional healing intersect — this one is for you.

And if you don’t already, we highly recommend subscribing to Donna’s Substack, A Pilgrimage for the Soul

Enjoy this episode, it was made with love!
